Tangkay, who had stints with Sta. Lucia and Talk 'N Text before returning to the amateurs two years ago, played only 14 games and also contributed 5.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per night. His 1.7 steals per night was also a team-high. Austria is praying that the 6-1 slasher would have an injury-free season to be able to make the competitive.
