Everyone knows what this player is capable of but he just couldn't get the right timing to show his shooting skills to the team, showing only flashes of brilliance this past season. The 33-year old Fil-American forward must show more consistency to regain the trust of the coaching staff and eventually earn more minutes.
Wainwright, who had a stellar year with Shell in 2001, owned the small forward spot last season, playing in 29 games and starting 26 times where he averaged 9.3 points and 6.9 rebounds. But Austria knows that Wainwright can do more and he's just waiting for the perfect time to get back on track.
